Composition of dry mist dust suppression system

Micron dry mist dust suppression device adopts modular design technology. It is composed of micron dry mist machine, water gas distributor (or dry mist box controller), universal joint assembly (or dry mist box assembly), screw air compressor, water gas connection pipeline and automatic control system, electric heat tracing system and automatic control system, etc.
1. Micron class dry mist machine
Micron dry mist machine is to filter the air and water, open or close the control valve according to the set air pressure, water pressure, air flow and water flow according to the switch program, and transport it to the water and air distributor (or dry mist box assembly) through the pipeline to achieve spray dust suppression. It is composed of electric control system, multi-function control system and flow control system. It is installed in the IP55 standard box body, with inlet and outlet water pipe interface (the number of water and air interfaces varies with different models of micron dry mist machine, see parameter table of micron dry mist dust suppression system for details), and equipped with touch screen on the panel.
2. Electric control system
The electronic control system is the control center of the micron dry mist dust suppression system, which includes programmable controller, protection circuit, relay and related components. Automatic and manual operation modes are provided for users. In automatic operation mode, remote trigger signal can be automatically received to start or stop the sprayer spray. In manual mode, the operator can control the operation button to start or stop the sprayer spray. Users can also modify the spraying period and pipeline purging time through PLC setting interface.
The automatic control system connects the micron level dry mist machine with the control signal of field equipment to realize automatic control.
3. Air compressor
Air compressor for micron grade dry fog dust suppression system to provide the standard gas source, the microcomputer intelligent monitoring system, full automatic operation, friendly man-machine interface in both Chinese and English, light touch keys, operators do not need special training can through the tooltip text interface easily query the compressor running state parameters, and can realize the conversion compressor manual and automatic operation.
4. Water gas distributor (dry mist box controller)
Through the control of water, gas, electricity main line and universal joint assembly (or dry fog box assembly) connection, and according to the field situation through PLC control of the universal joint assembly (or dry fog box assembly) spray respectively.
5. Universal joint Assembly (or dry mist box assembly)
Receive the gas and water conveyed by the micron level dry mist machine and convert them into dry mist with particle diameter of 1–10 µm and spray to the dust suppression point according to the control instructions of the micron level dry mist machine. When dry fog and dust particles contact and collide with each other, the dust particles bond and condense to become larger, and settle under the action of their own gravity, so as to achieve the effect of dust suppression.
6. Water gas connection line
The water-gas connection pipeline is to connect the micron dry mist machine, screw air compressor, gas storage tank, water source and other hard pipes with different diameters as required.
